For years, the Whirlybird has been a signature product designed by Terydon Inc.
Now, it is not only a centralizer, but a tube/duct cleaner.
The Whirlybird has 10-50,000 psi capabilities with variable options for user ease and precision.
Costly set-up time is minimized and available replacement parts limit unnecessary fees.
The Whirlybird may be self-propelled as needed, enabling it to enter tubes/ducts without a rope.
Other system options include a camera, UHP swivels, and flex or rigid lancing.

spinning nozzle head in the tube or stack to achieve uniform cleaning and thus, eliminate rubbing of the nozzle and tube wall.
A quick release or fine adjust/tension screw is used to easily open or close the unit while inside the pipe.
In addition, the Whirlybird is able to expand and contract in response to large and small diameters, respectively, maximizing user capabilities.

HELM Heat Exchanger Lancing Machine: Durable lancing support enhances pathway precision -
The (Heat Exchanger Lancing Machine) HELM is designed for superior tube lancing cleaning and Terydon Inc. has successfully detailed designs for a faster, more efficient, and higher quality unit.
With up to 2000 RPM capabilities, the rack and

pinion drive allow for ease of setup and unlimited rail length with up to 60 feet /minute of linear travel.
Current lancing machines are cumbersome to transport, require extensive setup, and involve more servicing.
The HELM is equipped with stationary lance supports (patent pending) that are 100% mechanically controlled, thus preventing tangled and twisted assembly.
The spaced walls provide durable support for the lance and relocate out of the lance's path, preserving its path?s accuracy.
Despite remaining rugged and durable, the HELM folds for convenient transport.
Extendable nose piece, heavy duty high torque single or dual gear boxes, and dual trolley for serviceability enforce compact size.
Steel power rack and pinion indexing allow for replaceable tooling, as well as enable a PLC programming option.
Unlimited rail length rivals current 60' chain tensioning limits.
The HELM also presents several different options per system, including pneumatic rear tripod support, peck cycle, and linear transverse limit switch.
The full frame may have power synchronization positioning or vertical hanging capabilities.
Terydon continues to offer its superior nozzle designs and long life seals with specialty 10-50K swivels to enhance HELM productivity, reliability, and longevity.
Safety remains a priority with "E-stop" shut down mechanism to promote user-safety.
When used in conjunction with the RSV-60, the foot pedal is eliminated allowing the operator to remain a safe distance from the high water pressure while the water itself is immediately shut off.

The user-friendly HELM is dependable and cost-effective, with capabilities to ease your workload.

June 29, 2009 - Terydon Inc. Demos Complete Cutting System - LIVE |
WJTA Conference August 18-20, 2009 in Houston, TX
Terydon Inc. will showcase the JACKTRACK Vacuum, the ultimate abrasive cutting system on the market, complete with flex track and mini-radius cutter.
The JACKTRACK Vacuum operates with the same safe and effective management of multiple surfaces as do the magnetic attachments.
Electric or hydraulic controls provide for operator preference.
Witness the ease and precision of cuts first hand.
Hear a brief synopsis of JACKTRACK versatility and capabilities and ask any questions you might have.
Terydon will have two booths (215A and 217A) at the conference, exhibiting revolutionary safety advancements in cutting and cleaning our equipment.
Displays will be highlighted by both the magnetic and vacuum JackTrack abrasive cutting systems and accessories, RSV-60 bimodal or multi-modal valve with exclusive E-stop safety mechanism, compact hose reel, tube lancing machine, and spider systems.
Amuloid will also be featured as the best economical and cost-effective option for easily replaceable components ensuring quality and longevity of the high cohesive jet.

Terydon Inc. has taken it upon itself to place the highest level of emphasis on the safety detail of its tooling and systems.
Terydon has made a stand to regulate the dangerous nature of the waterjet industry by making safety the center of its systems and tooling development.
As a result, the RSV-60 valve is now the only bimodal or multimodal valve with an E-stop mechanism, and therefore the only valve on the market best equipped for complete user safety.
In adjunct with Terydon's principles of safety and special-need design, the RSV-60 valve also mirrors a long-lasting quality that has been proven to last hundreds of hours typically before rebuild.
Three easily replaceable components minimize downtime and increase efficiency at the same time.
Rugged, durable, safe, and weighing only 50lbs, the tumblebox is pneumatically operated to perform at 10-55K.
The air-powered control and remote valve set up similarly affect the on/off regulation of both the high water pressure and the mechanics of the tool itself.
Furthermore, pumps requiring remote valving or a conjunction of multiple tooling with additional multimode valves are assisted by the RSV-60.
